We ditched the fragrance-filled perfumes, sprays, and air fresheners a couple years ago for all natural essential oils! Now we diffuse in basically every room in our house, which smells amazing while also providing so many benefits for our bodies! But in addition to diffusing, you can make diy sprays using essential oils for a more versatile and concentrated way to make your spaces smell good!
You can literally come up with endless ideas and recipes for your DIY sprays. Sprays for your linens, sprays for the stinky workout bag, sprays for your pillow, sprays for the room, sprays for the bugs, sprays for your hair! Plus, it’s super simple to make.
How to Make a Spray
- Fill a 4 oz glass spray bottle with distilled or purified water
- Add a pinch of salt (emulsifier) or splash of alcohol free witch hazel
- Add your favorite oils
- Give your spray bottle a gentle shake before each use
So simple, right? Here are some of my favorite spray recipes!
