Processing time

Thank you for shopping small, we will work as fast as we can to get your orders out as soon as possible! We have a 5-15 business day processing time window – although you can expect most orders to ship out within 5 business days or so.  

Preorders can take 3+ weeks to ship from the date of purchase; please check the product listing/description for specific details on processing time for preorder items.


Your order will ship within 15 business business days via USPS First Class Mail Service, unless otherwise noted on the product listing/description. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays that your order may experience after leaving our shop.

If your order is returned undeliverable to our shop due to an input error during checkout, we will not be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package to your correct shipping address. Please double check your order details before placing your order and email us if you need to make a change to your shipping address before your order is fulfilled. 

international shipping

International orders will ship within 10-15 business days via USPS First Class Mail International or UPS International. International orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive after shipment depending on customs processing and USPS delivery delays. We are not always able to foresee international duties and taxes that you may be charged upon delivery, so please be aware of your country’s shipment process ahead of time as we will not be responsible for duties or taxes imposed.

returns + exchanges

We do not currently accept returns, as each item is handmade just for you. If you are needing to exchange your item for a different size, please reach out to us via email or via the contact form below with your name, order number, and details of your request within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will be handled on an individual basis, but the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and will be asked to return the original order prior to receiving their exchanged item(s).

We do not except returns or refunds on any of our digital products, including but not limited to: gift cards, digital downloads, and the Oily Moon Collective Subscription.

By signing up for the oily moon collective membership, I agree to be charged the membership rate for the first month upon sign up & automatically charged the membership rate for each month following enrollment. Cancellation is available at any time, but must be done prior to automatic monthly payment for that month. If you need to pause subscription, you must cancel or skip before your next monthly charge. Due to the digital nature of our subscription and content library, no refunds are available.
